Over 24 years ago now I made my first trip to Islamorada and was successful in catching my first bonefish on fly. That catch came from the bow of Captain Duane Baker’s skiff and changed my life forever. I was hooked, and made several trips to the Florida Keys honing my skills and feeding my passion. Three years later I moved to Miami and soon thereafter began fishing competitively with the top guides in our sport.
